Alexandra (Allie) Stanley '19
Fairfax, CA. When she grows up: "Well I don't think I want to every completely grow up, that wouldn't be very fun. The future is a bit undecided right now. Most likely graduate school in something sciencey, but who knows. Maybe I'll decide that I'm done with school and just want to become and outdoor guide or something. It's pretty up in the air right now." |

Pasco, WA, USA, Earth When he grows up: "I want to go to graduate school to earn a PhD in a field related to bioengineering and ultimately conduct research to explore the use of emergent biological systems in medicine, production, or remediation. Otherwise, I would also love to become a world-class guitar player, own a small breakfast restaurant, and continue to compete in sports until I have accumulated enough injuries to quit and subsequently coach youth soccer teams to an uncountable amount of championships." |

Christopher Gerry '14
Chris is originally from Roslyn, New York, a town on Long Island that's roughly 45 minutes from NYC. As part of his thesis work, Chris investigated the synthesis of epoxyquinoid natural products using chemoenzymatic methods. When he grows up: "I haven't the faintest idea of what I'll be doing after graduate school, but everybody keeps reassuring me that I still have plenty of time to decide." |
