3.20.17 Perry Awards announced

Congratulations to Madeleine Duncan and Alexandra Stanley for being awarded Louis B. Perry Summer Research Fellowships!  The funding will go to support  summer research toward the synthesis of epoxyquinoid natural products.

5.31.16 Bioreactors arrive!

The lab welcomes its newest arrivals, a pair of Bioengineering RALF reactors.  These reactors provide the ability to grow high-density cell cultures for preparative-scale biotransformations!

4.11.16 Perry Awards announced

Sophomores Deepraj Pawar, Brad Kline, and Sammuel Erickson were granted Louis B. Perry Summer Research Awards.  The awards will support summer research on the chemoenzymatic synthesis of epoxyquinoid natural products.  Congratulations Deepraj, Brad, and Sam!

8.26.15 Ready to move in! 

With construction complete on Hall of Science 222 we have started to move in.  Contact Prof. Collins if you are interested in research opportunities this Fall!

7.1.15 Collins Lab under construction

The soon-to-be Collins lab (Hall of Science 222) is under construction.  Walls are going up and the beginnings of a lab are taking shape.  Stay tuned for updates!

5.25.14 - Graduation 2014

Chris Gerry '14 gave a talk on his thesis work at the University of Massachusetts - Amherst.  Chris was joined by fellow Amherst Students Jacob Witten '14 (Jaswal Lab), Conner Reilly '16 (Ball Lab), and Xiao Xiao '16 (Ball Lab) who also presented their work.
